ISEE Electric International Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ISEE") was established in 2013 and is a affiliated to the holding company Speed Fair Group, H.K.. In the initial stage of founding, ISEE mainly provided design and consultancy services for power distribution system user, and provided power distribution switchgear ODM for switchgear manufacturers.

In 2019, “GLOBAL UNITY INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.” and “ISEE Xinchuang Partnership LTD” joined and became new shareholders, ISEE carried out capital increase and share expansion. After that, ISEE establishes a new board of directors and GM team to expand the business from R&D to manufacturing and sales of intelligent switchgear, and devotes to providing intelligence and high reliability electrical solutions for power distribution users.
